7.34.7 Deployed to all LIVE sites

The 7.34.7 release has been deployed to all TNEW Live Sites.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE for members who have not yet upgraded to 15.0.x or 15.1.x:

  • If you are not on Tessitura version 15.0.x or 15.1.x, your TNEW instance did not receive this release. As part of testing during the upgrade process to 15.0.x or 15.1.x, you should ensure that the latest release of TNEW has been applied to your TEST site and review any new features or functionality that has been added to TNEW since version 7.25.5. To confirm which version of Tessitura (and/or TNEW) you are running, go to the home page of the TNEW Admin site. The version numbers are located at the top of the page in red.
  • If you are self-hosted, after you upgrade to 15.x of Tessitura, you will need to contact us to manually deploy the latest release of TNEW first to your TEST environment for you to review and then, when you are ready, to your LIVE environment. You will also need to request that our support team re-migrates the properties xml file into the new cloud environment.
  • If you subscribe to the waiting room service Queue-It, you will need to review your "Waiting Room" settings in the "Site Setup" section of TNEW Admin as part of your upgrade.

For v7, the following feature has been released.

  • Return Request Form
    • In conjunction with utilities for managing cancelled events that have been released as part of our coordinated response to the events surrounding COVID-19, a patron/customer can request a return of a cancelled event online via TNEW's upcoming events page. A patron/customer can request their preferred method of return and a Customer Service Issue with appropriate origin is generated so that action (whether manual or automatic) can be taken to process the request. The return request form supports up to 6 return request options which can be configured at the global or product type/performance level: donate the ticket(s), refund to original credit card, convert to gift certificate, convert to on account payment method, request an exchange and a customizable option. Please review the documentation for this feature in our help system for information on how to configure and visit our product announcement blog for an overview of this new feature.
