7.34.6 Deployed to all TEST Sites

The 7.34.6 release has been deployed to all TNEW Test Sites. We are re-releasing 7.34.5 in order to address an issue with the calls we were making to retrieve payment methods that impacted a handful of members. 

We are releasing this to 7.34.6 to test environments today and are targeting the release to Live sites for next week (March 17). 

IMPORTANT MESSAGES REGARDING THIS RELEASE: 

• Confirm your restweb user in security for the TNEW 7.34 Release
  The upcoming TNEW 7.34 release includes key elements for our transition to the REST API and the SOAP to REST deadline. TNEW 7.34 release requires confirmation that your restweb user is properly set up. The REST API user should be configured to have the same default user group as the SOAP API user. The revised deadline to confirm your security is setup correctly is Friday, March 13. In the event your security settings are not correct, the release could result in a disruption in payments and ticket sales. 
• Windcave Dynamic Payment Methods feature removed from 7.34
  We have postponed the release of dynamic payment methods for Windcave Hosted Payments. It is no longer included in this 7.34 release and will be released as a feature that can be enabled/disabled in 7.35 in order to allow members to confirm payment method and account type settings if/when you want to enable this feature.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE for members who have not yet upgraded to 15.0.x or 15.1.x:

• If you are not on Tessitura version 15.0.x or 15.1.x, your TNEW instance did not receive this release. As part of testing during the upgrade process to 15.0.x or 15.1.x, you should ensure that the latest release of TNEW has been applied to your TEST site and review any new features or functionality that has been added to TNEW since version 7.25.5. To confirm which version of Tessitura (and/or TNEW) you are running, go to the home page of the TNEW Admin site. The version numbers are located at the top of the page in red. 
• If you are self-hosted, after you upgrade to 15.x of Tessitura, you will need to contact us to manually deploy the latest release of TNEW first to your TEST environment for you to review and then, when you are ready, to your LIVE environment. You will also need to request that our support team re-migrates the properties xml file into the new cloud environment. 
• If you subscribe to the waiting room service Queue-It, you will need to review your "Waiting Room" settings in the "Site Setup" section of TNEW Admin as part of your upgrade.

For v6 and v7, the following feature has been released. 

• Payment Methods 
  • In 7.34.5 we were making calls to retrieve payment methods and, depending on a member's configuration within Tessitura, there could be a mismatch in the payment methods returned. We have updated TNEW to better manage that condition.
