V7.27.0 Deployed to all TEST Sites

The 7.27.0 release has been deployed to all TNEW Test Sites.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE for members who have not yet upgraded to 15.0.x or 15.1.x: If you are not on Tessitura version 15.0.x or 15.1.x, your TNEW instance did not receive this release. As part of testing during the upgrade process to 15.0.x or 15.1.x, you should ensure that the latest release of TNEW has been applied to your TEST site and review any new features or functionality that has been added to TNEW since version 7.25. To confirm which version of Tessitura (and/or TNEW) you are running, go to the home page of the TNEW Admin site. The version numbers are located at the top of the page in red. If you are self-hosted, after you upgrade to 15.x of Tessitura, you will need to contact us to manually deploy the latest release of TNEW first to your TEST environment for you to review and then, when you are ready, to your LIVE environment. 

IMPORTANT MESSAGE for members who have customizations using "execute local procedure". We have made security updates in 7.27 which could affect pre-cart customizations calling local procedures via "execute local procedure"  method. If you notice any issues with your customizations please contact our support team. 

For v7, additional fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. This is not a complete list. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide. 

• Features
  
  • Memberships: In the new "memberships" page (requiring Tessitura v15.1 or higher), your members can see their current memberships and you can also update the message that is displayed for memberships in the renewal period and those that have lapsed. The new page is /account/memberships. This also includes a new property to allow you to configure which page is the default landing page for the account management section. 
  • Queue-It 3.5 - Released for Beta: This has been released in 7.27.0 but only organizations that have agreed to participate in the beta testing process will be able to enable the new version. Once beta testing is complete, we will be planning a roll-out process for those currently on Queue-It. 
    
• Fixes to reported defects:
  
  • Guest Checkout: The ability to control whether or not spaces were removed from postal codes before saving to Tessitura was implemented in the regular account creation and update path, but not in Guest Checkout. We have migrated the "StripAddressPostalCodeSpaces" property in LTR_TNEW_SITE_CONTROLS has been moved to the "Address Form" component in v7 Admin as part of this update. 
  • Online Address Verification: An address verification request was being fired on the create account page before password/confirm password and Recaptcha validation was complete causing decrements of available credits unnecessarily. This has been fixed. 
  • Promo Codes: Including premove=Y in URLS no longer causes errors and also no longer interferes with promo text 1-6 fields displaying. 
  • Flex Packages: The sort order of the production seasons within a performance group on the flex package selections page was not sorting alphabetically correctly. If a production season had a title override that contained html code, the page was sorting using the html code itself instead of the actual title name. 
  • v6 to v7 Redirects with keyword query strings: Legacy v6 URLs that included keyword id in a query string (eg ?filter=<id>) were not redirecting to v7 with the keyword filter applied. This has been fixed.  
  • Performances appearing on the wrong date on the calendar: In the Australian/New Zealand region, performances were appearing on the wrong date in the calendar on the Safari mobile and web browser. This has been fixed.
