v7.22.2 Deployed to all TEST sites

The 7.22.2 release has been deployed to all TNEW Test Sites. 

This includes an important fix to a compatibility issue with v15.1 but also includes everything that was previously released in 7.22.1 (see below). 

• Fixes to reported defects in 7.22.2
  • API User in v15.1: There was an issue with new API User not being compatible with the security/authenticate call that TNEW used at start up. This call has been removed from the start up procedure in order to not conflict with the new API user. 

For v7.21.1, additional fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. This is not a complete list. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide. 

• New Features
  • Payment Plans: Payment plans have been officially released in version 7. Please reference the documentation in our help system: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/TNEW_7/TNEW.htm#Topics/Payment_Plans.htm
    NOTE: Please remember that payment plans in version 7 requires 15.1, and it also requires hosted payments and payment tokens with either Payment Express or Worldpay (aka Vantiv). 

• Small Enhancements
  • Best Seat Zones: Best Seat Zones will now display based on the order they are in within the Tessitura client. Previously, the zones were displayed first by zone group id, and then by zone id within a zone group. 
    NOTE: Please review the order you have your zones arranged in Tessitura before 7.22 is released to ensure they display on TNEW as you prefer. 
    
  • Hosted Payments: A new "in progress" message has been added to the interstitial page where user is initially directed to from the hosted payment processor's page before the receipt page to mitigate potential issues with users refreshing this interstitial page while waiting for the process to complete which inadvertently triggers voiding a payment for Payment Express specifically. 
    
    
• Fixes to reported defects:
  
  • "Login Not Found" Message: A minor typo was corrected in the default value for this property. 
    NOTE: Those who have upgraded or implemented version 7 in the past 2 months should check the default value of this property in the Component Editor: Go to "Forgot Password" component and locate the "Login Not Found" Message. 
  • Date/Time in Site Logs: Logs in the TNEW Site Admin have been updated to pass in time using GMT and process that as UTC in order for consistent time within our log service. Logs should now render properly for all time zones including those in Australia and New Zealand. 
  • Flex Packages: The Subscription MOS was being applied to the user's session if they visited the Flex Package Selection page but did not cart a performance within a flex package. This caused the TNEW session to use the subscription MOS and thus not display the performances in the default MOS. 
  • Query String parameters:
    • Pre-populate contribution amount on Contribution Group Page: Passing in donation amount to pre-populate the amount for a contribution type on the contribution group page was not working. This has been fixed. You can now use ?ct=[ID#]&amount=#.## with the donate/contribute1 and donate/contribute2 pages. 
    • Keyword ID on events page: In addition to keyword description (?k=<keyworddescription>), you can now pass in keyword id (?k_id=2,3) on the /events page. 
  • Guest Checkout: If on the guest checkout page you clicked on the "log in" link the utility nav, once logged in, the application tried to redirect you to the guest checkout page but since you are logged in, you receive an error message instead. This has been fixed. 
  • Receipt Page: There was a defect in 7.21 which caused delivery method and/or shipping address were not displaying on the receipt page. They were displaying on the payment page and email but not on the receipt page. This has been fixed. 
  • Checkout Validation Point: The validation point on the payment page was firing twice when it should only be fired once. 
  • Data Layer for Google/Ad Services: The release of 7.20 inadvertently removed the Mode of Sale parameter in the data layer which is consumer by third-party services such as Google Tag Manager. This has been fixed.
