v7.20 Deployed to all TEST sites

The 7.20.0 release has been deployed to all TNEW Test Sites.

For v7, additional fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. This is not a complete list. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide.

  • Features:
    • Payment Plans - Beta!
      • Payment Plans have been released for initial beta testing.
      • Please note that this feature requires a minimum of 15.1. The "Payment Plan" component will not be available in the component editor until you have upgraded to 15.1 (once it's released).
      • This initial release of payment plans works with Payment Express Only. Compatibility with WorldPay (aka Vantiv) will be rolled out in 7.21.
      • Please also note that in order to use payment plans, tokenization must be supported as well as ability to store payment info in Tessitura.
    • Support for Behavior Infuser - one of our ecosystem partners including performance id and production id along without new elements available in the data layer.

  • Small Enhancement
    • Production Season URL Override: A new property has been added in order to easily override the default URL for the production season link (on the listing view of /events page). You can now use this new property to override the URL for that link (which by default goes to the appropriate events/detail page) and it will be applied to both the production season title and the production season image (if exists).
    • Performance: The events/detail page no longer returns performances in the past when making calls specifically to populate the additional events drop down/list.

  • Fixes to reported defects:
    • Production Season Content: There were issues reported when editing production season content in TNEW Admin that some of the content that is still being read from Tessitura was no longer displaying.
    • Performance Title Overrides & Meta Title Tag: The Meta Title Tag was using the Performance Title Override property. If html was used in the performance title override property, the html code itself displayed in the browser tab because meta tags do not support html. To correct this, a new property called "Meta Title Override" has been added in order to provide method of entering in a separate non-html value for display in the browser tab. If you have performance title overrides using html, you will want to create a separate meta title that does not include html.
    • Group Contribution Pages: You can now edit the meta tag title again for group contribution pages.
