v7.16.2 Deployed to All LIVE sites

The 7.16.2 release has been deployed to all TNEW LIVE Sites.  EU and AP were done earlier in the day, so this notice is really just for North America.

For v6, the following updates were made to 7.16.0. The full list of fixes included in this update is published in the v6 release notes section of the v6 TN Express Web User Guide. 

• v6 Payment Plans with v15.0.2 or higher: An update included in the v15.0.2 service pack caused an issue with payment plans for organizations on TNEW v6. TNEW has been updated to support this and payment plans are now functioning as expected. 
  IMPORTANT: This update requires an SQL update so a script must be run in order to resolve this.
