v7.16.2 Deployed to EU and AP LIVE sites (NA will be tonight)

The 7.16.2 release has been deployed to EU and AP LIVE sites.  North America will be deployed tonight due to infrastructure monitoring projects currently in process in that environment.

For v6, the following updates were made to 7.16.0. The full list of fixes included in this update is published in the v6 release notes section of the v6 TN Express Web User Guide. 

• v6 Payment Plans with v15.0.2 or higher: An update included in the v15.0.2 service pack caused an issue with payment plans for organizations on TNEW v6. TNEW has been updated to support this and payment plans are now functioning as expected. 
  IMPORTANT: This update requires an SQL update so a script must be run in order to resolve this.
