v7.15 Deployed to all LIVE sites

The 7.15.0 release has been deployed to all TNEW Live Sites.

For v6 & v7, the following updates were made to hosted payments and email confirmations. The full list of fixes included in this update is published in the v6 release notes section of the v6 TN Express Web User Guide.

• Mastercard/TNS Hosted Payments: Due to 50-character limit restriction for Last Name, if user submits last name with more than 50 characters, the last name will be truncated before being passed into Mastercard/TNS for processing.
• Vantiv Hosted Payments: Due to 50-character limit for Address 1 and Address 2 fields, if user submits more than 50 characters, the address field will be truncated before being passed into Vantiv for processing.
• Email Confirmations: TN_Express_Title override was not displaying on confirmation email. This will require an update to the email template. Please contact our support team. 

For v7, additional fixes and enhancements were released including those outlined below. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide. 

• New features:
  • TNEW live to test copy service is now complete.
    • For RAMP: When you request a Tessitura live-to-test copy down, your v7 TNEW content and settings in the cloud will be automatically copied down as well to remain in sync with Tessitura
    • For Non-RAMP: When you conduct a Tessitura live-to-test copy down, please request a TNEW copy down to be conducted as well from our support team.
• New enhancements:
  
  • Performance - Flex Packages: If "Fees Disclaimer Enabled" is set to true to display per-seat fees, fees will only be requested at time tickets are selected for a specific performance.
    
    
• Fixes to reported defects:
  
  • Product Editor: The production season content was incorrectly utilizing settings from first performance and/or last performance in the production season. This was causing issues with updating production season content. 
  • Facebook Log In: OAuth Redirect URLs are correctly supported for v7 format so you no longer have to input v6 URL values. 
  • Queue-It "Test Connection": Test connection button in TNEW Admin works as expected again.
  • Promo Code Text/Content: Now displays as expected on events page
  • Promo Codes applied in cart: Now displays discounted price correctly without requiring refresh. 
  • Seat Map Image on Events/Detail Page: Seat Map Image wasn't linking correctly and it was also displaying incorrectly in some mobile views.
