v7.9.4 Deployed to All TEST sites

The 7.9.4 release has been deployed to all TNEW Test Sites.

For both v6 and v7, two important updates have been made to better support both transactions conducted through Payment Express and an enhancement to how Waiting Room, Hosted Payment and Address Verification features are configured.

• If a Payment Express transaction is abandoned during the process (eg user navigates away) and user attempts to complete the same order again in the same TNEW session, in order to avoid being charged twice for the order, a void request will be sent to Payment Express for the first transaction. 
• PLEASE NOTE: 
  • Additional credentials are required for this functionality - contact activations@paymentexpress.com to inquire about your Post API username/password. 
  • We recommend that you request that error messages be updated for the new messages now supported with this feature to include more specific information on how to contact your box office for those orders that are potentially problematic. 
• Minor messaging updates have also been made to MasterCard and Vantiv hosted payments. 
• When saving configuration changes for Waiting Room, Hosted Payment and Address Verification in the TNEW Site SetUp area, cache across all servers will now be updated upon saving the changes. This removes need to click the "Clear Cache" button in addition to saving the changes.
