v7.8 Deployed to all TEST TNEW sites

The 7.8.0 release has been deployed to all TNEW Test Sites.

For v6 and v7, an important update regarding hosted payments was released as outlined below.

• Transactions conducted in the first hour of the first day of the month should no longer be auto-refunded. This is a hotfix for an issue with the SOAP API. 
  
  

For v7, highlights in this release include those outlined below. The full list of enhancements and fixes included in this update is published in the v7 release notes section of the v7 TN Express Web User Guide. 

• Fixed Package functionality has now been officially released.
• Values that previously existed in LTR_TNEW_CONTRIB_TYPE but have since been removed or made "null" will be removed from TNEW as well and not display on the front end to customers. 
• Incorrect Order Date/Time was displaying on the Receipt Page. 
• Additional events on Event Detail page and Listing/Calendar page no longer poll for performance availability if they have been disabled on those pages.
• The format for both order date and time on the receipt page can be controlled in the "Cart" component.
• Editing performance content and settings can now be done by Mode of Sale. Previously only performances in the default web MOS would be available for administering. 
• Custom Forms on Event Detail page were not displaying automatically when a performance was added to TNEW.
