Hello, my venue will be utilizing the Ticket delay feature in Tessitura and we were wondering if anyone was able to share any language used to communicate this to your patrons? Anything helps, thank you!
We put language on the performance/event page in TNEW (where they select their seat); and on the performance reminder using dyn email content in system tables. Something like "All tickets will be sent out within 72 hours of the performance". I would definitely read up on and test regarding delayed delivery with Mobile Tickets/Delivery.
We use this feature often with our Members (their specific MOS), adding this text in the TNEW_DYN_EMAIL_CONTENT System Table: "Members will receive e-tickets 24 hours before the performance."
