Has anyone had any luck changing the image size for message only pricing rules? Is this something based on your TNEW site templates? We are stuck with a rectangle that looks awful on mobile. Additional question - has anyone been able to have different image sizes based on mobile or desktop purchase path? For us, we cannot differentiate.
Jane, are you on V15 or V16? When we went to V16, I think we had to have our web designer do some CSS changes to make the text of our messaging rules look more inline with what there were in V15.
Also by image size, do you mean that you have an image embedded via HTML in the rule? Or do you mean the box that surrounds the message? Do you have an example that we can look at on your website?
Hi Jeffrey! Thank you for your reply! We just upgraded to v16 two weeks ago. Do you use a custom website? As for the image size, yes. we have an image embedded via HTML in the rule. However, do you also know how to change the size of that box you mentioned? I attached two photos of our pricing rules. If we could figure out how to make them larger, that would be interesting!
On mobile, a vertical image is much better, but on desktop, vertical takes up the entire screen. So we currently opted for what I included above.

I am by no means a HTML expert, but I was able to use some of the info on this page to create responsive images: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_rwd_images.asp
I was able to just copy and paste their HTML code into the message rule box and replace the image locations and that worked. There is coding that can render a different image based on the device, so that may allow you to display a different image on desktop versus mobile.
