Hi Team, I am having trouble getting my Message (product only) to pop up when purchasing a ticket on the Kis Kiosks. I have it set up in price rules/sets.
All working well online. Any tips at all please?

Do Kis Kiosks have message rule functionality? If so, that's AWESOME!
Check the MOS used for your KIS Kiosks - does it have the pricing rule set connected to it in Ticketing Set Up -> Modes of Sale -> MOS Tab? I'd also check the message type used in the messaging tab of the pricing rule - is there a special one for the Kiosk? (We have a few different types). Good Luck!

You may need to check with the Kiosk folks to see if that is something that translates to their kiosks or if they will need to set that up separately.
I didn't realize KIS supported pricing rule messaging! If your message type is properly configured, then your best bet is to open a ticket with KIS. They're really responsive and always helpful.
Separate Pricing Rule Sets and MOS connection is always my first point of call when it works on another platform.
