Has anyone created a Renewal Subscription Rate Dashboard or Widget in Analytics? I am not sure how it should look or go about pulling the information. My marketing director would like an Analytic report to show renewal rates and lapse subscribers. If you have a report you can share that would be great or any advice is helpful.
