Thanks Gil! Roundabout is trying to reconcile our Criterion ticketing entries in Tessitura with the payment Method of Stripe - so far Finance is having an issue. We are working on a Custom Report - but wondered if anyone has had previous success? Let me know!

From my involvement in previously entering donations into Tessitura- Finance would email every deposit notice from Stripe. I'd have to download the Stripe report and match the two, converting that report to a more readable format for our uses in a spreadsheet. I added a second tab to that sheet with the donation processing page (Give Lively) and match the two pages worth of donations to make sure nothing slipped through between months, for recurring donations, etc. Then I'd enter the gifts, making sure the date received was the date that matched Stripe, add notes as necessary, and then just follow any normal batch procedures as necessary. The reports would be sent to the Finance contact to keep.
