I'm looking at my NSCAN report and no child scans are showing even though we've had children scanned in. I'm thinking that I must be missing a setting that tells Tessitura which price types are adult and which are child, but I can't find where to set that for the life of me and the documentation hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

Hi Anne - we're on v16, so it might be different for you, but there's an "Attendance Category" for each Price Type under Ticketing Setup > Pricing Setup > Price Types. Does that help at all?
HI Luke, I have v16 in my test environment so maybe that's why this sounded familiar. I checked in our Prod environment and I don't have attendance category as one of the options. It is there in our Test environment. I guess I'll add that to the list of things we won't be able to do until we finally move our Prod to v16. Thanks!
