As you may have seen in a previous post, the 2024 set list has been announced. At this time, we're looking for people interested in composing lyrics for some of the songs. From our 2024 set list, these are the songs that we feel would benefit from altered lyrics:

Please comment on this thread prior to April 11 to let us know you're interested in writing lyrics for a song. Also please indicate your top 2 picks. Assignments will be made via email by April 16 with a deadline for completion of May 16.
If there is a song on the setlist but not listed above that you feel would be a good candidate for having altered lyrics written, please feel free to share that in your comment along with a quick explanation of the lyrical topic you are thinking of. We cannot guarantee approval, but are open to considering these suggestions.
We're always looking for new ideas and new voices so even if you haven't done this in the past, and/or are not performing with the band, please feel free to step forward!
Keep in mind that the Tessiturians committee reserves the right to edit your lyrics as necessary and that there’s no guarantee we will be playing all of these songs - we may have to cut or change one or two depending how many people actually sign up for the band this year. We also reserve the right to go with original lyrics if we feel that’s a better fit for the set.
