Call for TLCC Denver Lyricists!

Hello Tessiturians!

As we prepare for TLCC Denver in August, we are happy to share our current setlist-in-progress and send out the call for lyricists to give us irreverent, nonprofit arts & culture/Tessitura takes on these songs.

First off, here's the setlist we're currently working from:

• The B-52's -- Love Shack
• The Beatles -- Get Back
• Hall and Oates -- Private Eyes
• Kool and the Gang -- Get Down on It
• Lizzo -- Juice
• Night Ranger -- Sister Christian
• No Doubt -- It's My Life
• One Direction -- What Makes You Beautiful
• Roxette -- The Look
• Spice Girls -- Spice Up Your Life
• Third Eye Blind -- Semi-Charmed Life
• Weather Girls -- It's Raining Men
• Wham! -- Wake Me Up Before You Go Go

Please note that this is still subject to change depending on variables such as how many attendees can perform in the band, what instruments we have good representation for, and basic considerations like how long our set ends up being.

If you are interested in writing lyrics for The Tessiturians at TLCC Denver, please reply to this post by the end of the day on Thursday, March 31st.

Based on responses, we will follow up by email and assign lyricists to songs by Thursday, April 7th. Once lyricists have their song, we will expect finished lyrics by Thursday, May 5th.
