RMA v3.1 Patch Release is now available for download. This patch addresses issues in RMA v3.0 General Release. We highly recommended that all RMA licensee organizations install this patch. A link to download the RMA v3.1 Patch Release package has been sent to the RMA support contacts at licensing organizations. To update or find out more about your organization’s support contacts for RMA please email rma@jcainc.com.
We believe RMA v3.1 is a simple upgrade, and complete upgrade instructions are included in the download. However, JCA will perform the upgrade upon request at no additional charge. This service is included in your RMA support agreement, and will be scheduled based on availability. Please contact JCA for details or support at rma@jcainc.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Note for RAMP clients: There is no need for you to download this release. RAMP has received this notification, and JCA will work with them to ensure your upgrade is completed successfully.
