RMA v5.2 Patch Available

An email with further details has been sent to the primary RMA support contacts at all RMA licensee organizations. A recommended patch for RMA v5 has been released. The patch:

  • Fixes a bug where Configurable Monitoring Dashboard Target Trajectories’ current weeks were being miscalculated
  • Enhances the Unique Pricing Proposition grouping to support zone maps with very large numbers of zones
  • Improves performance of the Configurable Monitoring Dashboard, Sales by Day, Velocity element, greatly decreasing its render time
  • Fixes a bug in the RMA load for very large organizations who utilize an incremental load mode, resulting in some performances being excluded
  • Enhances the client application to support user-level navigation pane width settings when installed in hosted application environments such as Citrix or Terminal Services.
  • Fixes a bug where My Report folders and reports at greater than 1 sub-level in the folder navigation were being moved to the root level.

Instructions to apply patch v5.2:

  • Organizations may upgrade to v5.2 directly from v4.x and do not need to upgrade to v5 first.
  • RAMP clients who have already been upgraded to v5 will need to submit a RAMP TASK ticket to request the upgrade to RMA v5.2.

      • 5. Reinstall/Upgrade Client Application on every workstation.

We believe RMA v5.2 is a simple upgrade, compatible with and requiring Tessitura v12.5.1+ and T-Stats v4.5, and complete upgrade instructions are included in the download. However, JCA is available to support you through the process, or will perform the upgrade upon request at no additional charge. This service will be scheduled based on availability.
