Baker Richards and JCAArtsMarketing are pleased to announce that the RMA v5 General Release is now available for download. Log in to the user area on RevenueManagementApplication.com and read What’s New in RMA v5 to learn more about this latest version of the Revenue Management Application.
A separate e-mail that includes your organization’s download link is being sent to all RMA support contacts. Completely new functionality includes:
· Write pricing changes straight from RMA into Tessitura. Like experimenting with price changes in the In-Season Model? With 5.0 you can send the new prices back into Tessitura! This will save you set-up time – especially as you’ll now also be able to use the Model across performances with different current pricing.
· New dashboard elements: New options show how subs and singles are performing against your forecasts, or how sales fluctuated over the last twenty-one days.
· There’s also a new Configurable Alert, where you can set your own combinations of conditions to have the report display any message of your choice against performances. Huge flexibility in one small widget.
· Weekly Wrap Report: In response to requests from CEOs and HODs, this highly adaptable report shows you sales and income taken per calendar week. With options for including forecasts, showing tickets, income or both, and a choice of formats, this is 240 reports in one!
· More New Reports: There are new Zone Reports to show dynamic pricing and how much income it generates: Sales per Price Change by Zone and Dynamic Pricing Impact per Zone. Plus Income with Cost of Discount per Zone, to quickly show you how much of the value of each zone is lost to discounting. Regular users of the Forecasting Module have asked for a quicker way to see “What are all the things I’ve made trajectories for?” There’s a report for that too.
We believe RMA v5 is a simple upgrade, compatible with and requiring Tessitura v12.5.1+ and T-Stats v4.5. Complete upgrade instructions are included in the download. However, JCA is available to support you through the process, or will perform the upgrade upon request at no additional charge. This service will be scheduled based on availability.
