Upgrading to Tessitura v12.5 and the RMA
With the recent release of Tessitura v12.5, we’re sure that many of you might be wondering about RMA and compatibility with this new Tessitura version. We think there are a few scenarios but if your circumstances don’t match the ones listed below let us know.
1. If you are currently running v4 of the RMA with v12.0 or v12.1 of Tessitura and are making plans to upgrade to Tessitura v12.5 there is no action you need to take for the RMA at this time.
2. If you are on v4 of the RMA with v11 of Tessitura then after you have upgraded from v11 to v12.x, please complete the steps outlined in Appendix A of the RMA 4.0 Upgrade Guide which can be found in your downloaded files.
3. If you are still running v3 of the RMA then after you have completed your Tessitura v12 migration, you will need to upgrade to RMA v4.
(Please note RMA v3 is not compatible with Tessitura v12 – RMA v 4 is compatible)

If you have not previously downloaded the RMA v4 files, please let us know and we can provided you an updated link. Detailed upgrade instructions are included in the RMA v4 download. The upgrade is fairly straightforward and usually takes less than one hour.
