Baker Richards, The Pricing Institute, and JCA are pleased to announce that the RMA v4.0 General Release is now available for download. Read What’s New in RMA v4 to learn more about what you can expect from this latest version of the Revenue Management Application.

Completely new functionality includes:
• The Forecasting Module to help you set targets and monitor sales through your sales cycle.
• Booker Behavior Reports provide a whole new area of analysis, revealing valuable contextual information about the frequency, retention and booking patterns of your customer base.
• An In-Season Model that lets you experiment with dynamic pricing changes while performances are on sale.
• The new, improved Monitoring Dashboard, which is now configurable with a variety of customizable charts and alerts to help you monitor all of your performances at a glance.
• And new enhancements to usability include report annotation features, a consolidated list of reports, and more flexible report wizards.
We believe RMA v4.0 is a very simple upgrade, compatible with both Tessitura v11 and v12, and complete upgrade instructions are included in the download. However, JCA is available to support you through the process, or will perform the upgrade upon request at no additional charge. This service will be scheduled based on availability.
