We are on TMS and have EMV devices. We do not have TMS secure deviceless entry. Are there any options for us to sell out of the application off site, like at a community fair? Looking for advice. Thanks.
We use TRBO devices for this, but you could use a laptop and a P400 configured for Wifi. Sending a mobile ticket rather than printing a Boca ticket is also an option.
Our remote/off site solution is a TRBO with an AMS1 and a ZQ320 bluetooth printer for the receipts.

The EMV devices can go with your laptop, and connect wirelessly. We do this all the time for off site ticket sales.
Nancy - you are correct and caution should be exercised when using equipment outside of your secured corporate network. Beware the wireless access points (WAP) you connect to. Public WAP's should be avoided as they are insecure.
