I don't understand. What is happening for you when the cards are auto-updated?
Hey Kanani. So...with TMS, a new benefit we have is Visa and MasterCard accounts that have been saved will automagically update. This could just be the expiration date or the full card number (if a guest has a new card issued or something). We need to know both of these piece of information so we can update an attribute we use to manage our auto renew subscriptions. We are looking for a report like this so we can update that information and not have to contact guests.

We just started on TMS in January. In the March pledge bill run, only 2 of the 5 Visa/MC expiration dates were updated but all 5 were charged successfully. So it would be great to get a report so we can update the unaltered records.
Are you experiencing the same inconsistency of expiration dates not updating ?
We have been live now for 8 days so we haven't done a big run yet to answer that question LOL. We did do a pledge run and I think it was 100% successful. The big test will be next month when we do our first payment for our next Broadway season. We are transitioning to a fully auto renew program for all season ticket series for the 25-26 season so we need to have a way to update the attribute that basically runs the entire process for us.
