For those that use Queue-It for their virtual waiting rooms and Windcave as their merchant processor, do you find many TNEW transactions going through in Windcave but not going through in Tessitura? We seem to have this issue on busy sales days, and we're wondering if any other organizations have a solution. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

Not sure if this is helpful but we had these "orphaned order" issues on Worldpay and we still have the issue on TMS. The busier the day is, the more orphaned orders we receive.
