Hello all! It was asked in our last meeting -- when is Tessitura planning on ending their relationship with Windcave? Adam Grigsby got back to me with a helpful answer.
It is *extremely* tentative at this point, and it is absolutely subject to change, but the current discussions suggest the relationship would sunset some time in 2025.
It is stressed that this is definitely not set in stone! Once a final decision is made, a formal announcement will be made either late this year or early next.

Agreed - as a local authority it takes a long time for us to move suppliers of anything. Will the only choice from 2025 then be Tessitura Merchant Services?
Just some thoughts. There has been a lot of labour by Tessitura Support on behalf of member orgs on mitigating issues with WC. Additionally with WC becoming a Merchant Service over a Payment Gateway changes the relationship.
To clarify, my only concern is timing. Our developers have been working with Windcave for over 9 months now to get approvals for payment processing on the ticketing site they created for our kiosks. We've invested a lot of time and $$ into this implementation, so it was a shock to learn that Windcave might not even be an option in 2 years.
