P&T Meeting Notes – June 2023
Laurie: API for Raiser’s Edge & Tessitura?
Henry: TMS… They found their first charge in Adyen that’s not in Tessitura. “Widowed charge” There is a Tessitura spreadsheet that is supposed to help you reconcile. Could be a few transactions, Tessitura support is not picking up the ticket.
Also, this report is important to recon b/w Tessitura & Adyen b/c it helps you understand where the fees are going. Bank deposit has fees taken out. You won’t match Tessitura sales to Adyen bank deposit.
There was also a problem with pledge billing, probably because Woodruff is part of a consortium. It didn’t charge anything, but it did fail. It was a Tessitura bug. Had to wait 3-4 weeks for a fix. Pledge billing seems to be working now for all consortium members.
Trini: Had to pull the plug on going live because she found a defect in address verification… Purchased the extra revenue protect for chargebacks. Trini had to build a completely separate website for testing that was on Tessitura’s servers on the east coast and went down when AWS went down. They were doing testing, they were planning on implementing revenue protect. Everything failed when they turned on the advanced address verification.
Also - There’s no plan if servers fail. No backup, no offline mode, etc. Tessitura and Adyen not responsible for customers being charged but not getting tickets.
With TMS – Deviceless entry screen freezes if PIN pad is plugged in
Phillip: Is anyone using auto-renewal with V15?
Everyone: There were general complaints about Tessitura’s support recently
Questions: When is Tessitura ending their relationship with Windcave?
