We recently became aware that Windcave is discontinuing the gateway to First Data (Fiserve) - "decommissioning First Data accounts that are associated with their affiliate banks" in their words, with a timeline of mid-May 2023. They will still be supporting First Data direct. Wondering if others who use Windcave are aware of this.
Oh, yes. We were notified by them three days after signing a new one year contract with FiServ. Needless to say things have been a bit stressed for us. Working now with them on contract buy-out, comparable rates and transition. Yet another reason to move to TMS! If we didn't have to depreciate a capital spend, we'd probably be moving sooner.
We are oh so very much hoping to move to TMS, which will happen only after a review and approval from UC IT security, controller's office, etc., which is underway.
