We recently went live with Tessitura Merchant Services, and as part of the process we ran the tokenization utility a number of times to tokenize previously stored card data. This triggered a $0 authorization that showed up in patron's bank accounts. While we communicated what was happening, we experienced some fallout.
I'm wondering if other orgs on TMS experienced something similar post-cutover. How did you respond? The blowback hasn't been huge, but the concerned patrons are highly concerned. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
