I am hoping that you can help me, I remember there was a post giving a report name that shows all the credit card transactions in a given day.
I have tried to remember it, but I just cant seem to fine it.
Does anyone have a report name that I can run to match credit card trnasactions posted in Tessitura to the transactions sent to the payment Gateway (Windcave)

Could you be referring to the Payment Gateway Activity report in the finance folder? You might need to export to CSV to get everything you're looking for.

You could run the transactions by posting for the dates you are looking at, and include payments...you should be able to get what you need when saved to Excel.
(assuming sales are posted)
You can also use the Payment Details for Refunds report. Just make sure the Update Selected Rows is set to NO.
