Are any other organizations experiencing issues with Tessitura doubling up the amount of change to give a visitor? Several permutations of this issue have arisen in the last couple of months. Either an error message about a mismatch pops up, or the drawer opens a second time, or a second receipt is printed showing the amount of the sale with $0 tendered. All scenarios lead to the cashier providing double the amount of change to the visitor. Any insights or commiserations are welcome. Thanks!
