Hi!Something else I just thought of after the meeting today - I also store custom help documents right in Tessitura, so that when someone clicks the little question mark on a particular screen, relevant org-based documentation will pop up alongside the standard Tessitura documentation. It's nice because it means there's no searching for something during an immediate need for it!
We do this in Pittsburgh too! We prepend all custom documentation as well so it's easy to search/find separate from the Tessitura documentation.
