Currently only a couple of departments here at WNO use Tessitura. I am pursuing getting other departments with WNO using Tessitura to stop the siloed approach that seems to be happening of each team with their own spreadsheets of information.
Does anyone have any documentation they would be willing to share about business case for onboarding other departments - or documents about the way they have approached it? This would help give me a starting jump at laying down our process.
Hi Ethan - great question! I don't have relevant documentation, but a related challenge I face is getting teams who have had the training - and should ideally now be using Tessitura - to actually make the move away from their tried-and-tested spreadsheets.
