Does anyone have examples of new user onboarding rubrics? I think it'd be helpful to develop something like a basic user rubric, power user rubric, etc. while onboarding so that common goals are clear from the beginning. Has anyone done this? Any additional comments welcome!

Thank you both! This is really helpful. How much do your training plans include your own material vs. material from the Network? If either of you are willing to link some of the things you described, that would be great!
I'd say it's a fair mix between our company material and the Network material. We definitely use the videos here: Online Courses (tessituranetwork.com) but tailor down to specific job functionalities (for example, I list which modules they should focus on and when - not just saying "watch this whole playlist") and interspersed with our own documentation surrounding our business practices.Here is what our table of contents for the Getting Started doc looks like!And one for our Development Processor user group (the run times reflect the Tess videos from the link above that I reference to watch at that point):
