Our group co-chair, Katie Cullen (Columbus Association for the Performing Arts), will take us through her recent project to deliver refresher training to existing staff. She'll share her assessment survey which asked individuals to rate their confidence level when performing specific tasks so she could structure the training accordingly.

We'll finish by opening the floor for discussion about any and all training-related topics. We'll be using the Lean Coffee format, so if you've got a question or discussion prompt you'd like to get on the table in advance, you can add it here. You are equally welcome to bring questions along on the day Blush
