As 2023 begins, this is a wonderful time to conduct program assessments and pivot to adjust accordingly to take on new challenges. With the effect of COVID on our industries, the landscape of volunteer and intern management has seen some changes. We’ll discuss these changes and look at how we can address new challenges while creating new opportunities to expand reach and utilize new resources
