Coming our of our Arts & Culture Connections conversation earlier today - we had a follow-up question regarding surveys. I know a couple of people mentioned that they have sent or are planning on sending surveys to their volunteers to help discern their comfortability on re-opening plans. Would anyone be willing to share the survey questions they are have sent/ are planning on sending?

Unfortunately, it wasn't a webinar, but a breakout group of conversation/discussion with the community on how we are engaging volunteers during COVID - and those aren't recorded. I'm so sorry we missed you and thank you for posting that survey.
