Has anyone launched a promotion to give an extra month of membership to selected members via a pricing rule? We're following the Recipe Book, but it is not working properly for us (a message is displayed that the promo code was successful, but the membership end date is not reflecting the extra month.

Make sure you have the appeals and membership level selected that apply:
also add constituent criteria (we have ours tied to appeals they have been promoted)
