Hi everyone,
We are about to jump into a huge wealth screening project and I'm working on building an extraction output set that works well with iWave's batch screening template. I think we want to get the RFM score in addition to the iWave score, which means we have to upload info about the constituent's giving to our org. I have it basically all set, but they ask for the total number of gifts and the largest gift amount and date.
Anyone know of the best criteria to get the total number of gifts and the largest gift date and amount? Thanks!
Hi Evan! I'm not sure how much of this has been customized to our system, but we've got specific Output elements called "Contribution Largest Cont Amt", "Contribution Largest Cont Dt", and "Contribution Total # Gifts". I would check to see if you have those first. If you don't, you can look through the elements in the Contribution section and see if anything has a similar name.
Hi Colleen! We went through out elements and didn't find anything. I assume that has been customized in your system. Would you be willing to share what those elements look like in your system tables? So I don't have access to the customization because we're in a consortium (and they handle all of that) but let me see what I can find out!
Have you spent any time in Analytics? I think a pivot table could do this pretty swiftly for you.
