I'm going to try the Analytics board too, but just curious if anyone has ideas here:
I have a widget set up to pull upcoming tickets booked for anyone who is in a persons' portfolio.
We have recently noticed that when folks exchange out, their old tickets still show up.
Is this just a bug in Analytics? Or is there a work-around here?

Hey Corri! So I don't do this in Analytics, so not sure if this is a bug or not, but I do a similar thing by creating a list of everyone in a person's portfolio and running a scheduled report of the Performance Seating Book report, using the list as a filter.
Thanks Colleen! We do have a Performance Seating Book being sent out...I'm just trying to get folks to use Dashboards more ;)
