Hi Everyone! My brain is still kind of mush after TLCC. 10 months as a Tessi user and finding out there is a lot I need to unlearn.
Our finance department does not use Tessi so each month I provide them with a raw data csv report out of List Manager of all contribution received so far in FY24. This includes Constituent/Contribution Amount & Date/designation/etc.
Contributions from sponsorships have been a problem as I need to manually manipulate and attribute the $$ to which month the concert exists in once the report is pulled since the date displayed is the entry date.
I just started using the restrictions tab when entering the contribution/pledge in hopes that the $$ will appear in the correct month - can I use this feature to do what I need? Is there an output element in List Manager I can use to pull a 'Restricted date' column into the report?
Totally open to how anyone else achieves this. As I said, with such a small dev team (of 2) I want to try and make things as less cumbersome as possible.
