Does anyone here use a third-party payment processing platform for donations, like Stripe, etc.? Which one do you use and what do you like about it?
Funny, I literally just responded to something kind of similar in the Zoos and Aquariums forum about 3rd party platforms for payment plans.I have worked with Classy, not the design part but the information import part. The folks on the team who did do the design of the pages said it was really easy to make something that looked good and had most of the parts they needed/wanted. The data import part is a bit clunky since there is no Tess ID. In the case of recurring giving you can work your way around that fairly easily but one time givers we looked up individually. Very hands on and slow. Not a big deal if you're talking about a dozen every few days, but easy to get swamped if you get a lot of gifts that way. Tessitura's One Page Giving works well too. Here's ours https://my.smm.org/donate/q/give You don't have to log in, you can pick an amount, enter some info, pay, and you're done! It should have enough information to find the record if one exists. It's not as flashy and flexible as Classy but it's integrated, and you won't have to do anything with those contributions after the fact. I hope you find something that works really well for you!
