My main mission is to learn more about segmentation. I am also looking forward to hearing about trends and doing the 5k run.

In community discussions, you will be able to propose and lead discussions with your peers in an open forum format. This is a great opportunity to add important topics to the program.
Community discussions were introduced last year, replacing previous open-space discussions. While the format is slightly modified, the principles remain very similar:
Hi JM, so glad to have you joining us! In regards to the community discussions, I haven't submitted a topic (yet), but last year I hosted a discussion about donor benefit fulfillment. I've even still got the notes (apologies as they're a bit scattered). I've also seen discussions about recurring gifts, rethinking galas/special events, managing up with gift officers, so it's really open to whatever you want to talk about!
