I thought I could search for a way to trigger tax acknowledgements via email but I can't seem to find such a thread...
Currently we send in the mail for donations $25 and up but want to lower the threshold and move to email-automation. Would love to hear how it's done!
We went through this semi-recently in v15. We get a lot of low dollar add-on gifts with our education registrations, and right now there really isn't an "out of the box" functionality within Tessitura itself that sends a tax letter out automatically over email. Would be THRILLED to be proven wrong here.
