I am relatively new to Tessitura and still figuring out how to translate what I want to do into something Tessitura can do. Our development team would like to start sending a different acknowledgment letter to first-time donors. Currently I run a batch report daily and determine which of our acknowledgment templates to use based on the amount of the donation and any notes included when the contribution was entered. Is there a way to have Tessitura "flag" any donations that are from first-time donors? I'm not looking to run a report after the fact, but would like to have Tessitura include this information as part of the batch report. Thanks for your insight/assistance.

I don't have an answer for this but I am very interested in what other people say. This is something high on my list of wants, including any other way that we can automate our processes.
