Hi all, I was wondering if someone knows if you can move plans in bulk from one campaign to another in Tessitura? We use campaign to differentiate from fiscal year to fiscal year and would like to move plans to the next fiscal year in bulk if possible. I have gone through the Help System in Tessitura but it doesn't seem possible for campaigns. Any advice or thoughts?

It pulls by constituent list though, not campaign. If you have these people/constituent records in a standing list already you might be able to strong arm the utility to turn it over in bulk for you.
We didn't have enough in our pipeline to bother using it this year (moving into year 2 in our system in August), but I have used it before and it's definitely helpful! Just have to make sure you set up the parameters to meet the utility's needs, and they may or may not line up with how else you're using the system.
Yeah you can't move an existing plan from one campaign into another en masse, but you can create a list of folks with a campaign in this fiscal year and then create new plans for next fiscal year en masse using the Plans Maintenance tool that Elena mentions.
