We are new users of Wealth Engine and are preparing to do an express screening of around 6,000 constituents. We are using a custom template that aligns mostly with the detailed template provided by Wealth Engine. We use Tessitura v15.
I am running into two issues and am wondering if others have any insight:
The express screening requires that we upload individual constituent IDs and not households. We record ticketing and donation information on households, meaning this information does not appear on individual affiliates within a household. Are there any ways to match up the donation/ticketing data from households into their corresponding individual affiliates? We also want to match up spouse names/IDs between two affiliates in a household.
I've tried messing with different output sets and extraction rules, including replacing individuals with households and adding all primary affiliates after the extraction (this gets messy as I haven't found an efficient way of matching individual affiliates with their households or getting rid of households after pulling the file into Excel). Any help or insight would be appreciated.
