Could you please share how you treat the non-tax-deductible portion of elevated events when pulling donor lists and other types of reports that rely on total giving? I feel like there must be a way to exclude that amount and have yet to figure it out. For example, we use Elevated Event to track theater tour participants so a donor will pay $5,000 to attend a trip but of that only $2,000 is a tax-deductible donation. I want these donors to appear on giving lists at the $2,000 giving level (but not the $5,000 level).

We include the non-tax-deductible amount paid for all donors for all contributions, including elevated events. We use the logic that the donor has still given us $5000 in your example even if $3000 of it isn't deductible as a charitable contribution.
