What is the best way to see constituents who have given to a certain fund over consecutive years? Create a list for each fund and time frame, then somehow merge the lists in one list? Is there a canned report? Thank you!
Hi Megan! One thought I have is to create a pivot table in Analytics and filter it by the fund. You could make the rows the constituent names, the value the donation amount, and the columns the years you want to look at. Now, when I do this it doesn't filter out anyone who is missing a year even if I set the amount to filter out any amount greater than zero (so if Jane Doe gave in 2019 and 2021, but not 2022 she'll still pull in) but you could export the pivot table into excel and then delete out anyone who doesn't have amounts in every year. I'm sure someone more experienced in Analytics formulas may be able to give you something to build out on the back end to bypass this step, but I'm not that person!
